Description
1883 25C PR65 Cameo PCGS. A ring of red and hazel toning on the rims adds color to this mostly brilliant specimen. The deeply reflective fields show pleasing contrast against the icy-frosted devices. The strike is nearly full, and there are only a few pinpoint contact marks. Just 1,039 proofs were issued.
