Description
1884 Seated Quarter, PR66
Spectacular Toning
1884 25C PR66 PCGS. Only 8,000 business-strike Seated

the small proof mintage of 875 pieces. The present coin is a
spectacular Premium Gem, deeply toned in iridescent shades of green
and violet. The strike is sharp, but the reverse die was incomplete
in a few areas, resulting in a lack of detail in the eagle's
feathers below the shield. Population: 18 in 66, 6 finer
