Nicely Toned 1887 Seated Quarter, Superb Proof 67
1887 25C PR67 NGC. The glittering deeply reflective surfaces offer a noticeable (but unacknowledged by NGC) contrast between the fields and the devices. Colorful turquoise-blue and crimson-rose toning blankets each side lending a fully original appearance.
