Description
1887 25C PR 58 SEGS. Briggs 2-B. Even though someone placed this quarter into brief circulation, its frosted devices and reflective fields are still readily evident despite light rub and scattered contact marks. Pale russet peripheral highlights are evident in select areas of both sides and accentuate the crisply delineated focal points.
