Lovely Peripheral Toning
1888 25C PR65 Cameo PCGS. Briggs 2-B. The top arrowhead is
perfectly formed on proofs while circulation-strikes have a bulge
on the bottom edge of that arrowhead. This Gem Cameo proof is an
exceptional example with peripheral gold, rose, and blue toning
that accompanies brilliant centers. Population: 13 in 65 (1 in 65+)
