Description
1889 Seated Quarter--Obverse Improperly Cleaned--NGC. Proof. The obverse is extensively hairlined with light contact, only partially retoned from a cleaning. The reverse, by contrast, has richer green-to-gold and orange patina with great reflectivity and a suggestion of contrast.
