Variegated Toning
1890 25C PR65 PCGS. The central devices of this Gem proof
specimen are crisply detailed, but some softness is evident on the
star centrils. The pleasing surfaces are covered by deep gray
patina that shows flashes of golden-brown and streaks of silver
when tilted in the light. Population: 20 in 65, 37 finer
