Deeply Toned 1890 Seated Quarter, PR65
1890 25C PR65 PCGS. From a tiny mintage of 590 pieces, the 1890 proof Seated Liberty quarter is a scarce issue in any grade. The present coin is deeply toned in iridescent shades of lavender, gold, and gray. The mirrored surfaces flash brightly under the toning, and the striking details are sharp.
