Description
1890 Seated Liberty Quarter, PR65
Scarce Issue
1890 25C PR65 PCGS. The razor-sharp strike on this Gem proof
1890 quarter is slightly disguised by the greenish-gray patina that
covers both sides of the coin. The fields are definitely reflective
when angled in the light, but this quality is also muted by the
toning. Overall, this piece is an attractive representative of the
low mintage proof issue. Population: 20 in 65, 37 finer
(6/10).(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23XN, PCGS# 5591, GSID# 5381)
