Rare 1983 No S Proof Set
1983 10C No S Dime Proof Set PR65 Deep Cameo Uncertified. An unknown but small number of S-less proof sets were produced in 1983. Probably only a few hundred sets were struck and distributed with the dime appearing to have been minted in Philadelphia. All the coins in this set are frosted and brilliant with deep cherry-red color present on the cent. The dime has a tiny contact marks on the highpoint of FDR's cheekbone, but this is only apparent with strong magnification.(#5265) (Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27FF, PCGS# 5265, GSID# 390398)
