Outstanding Quality 1896 Six-Piece Proof Set

1896 Six-Piece Proof Set. A spectacular century-old assemblage that is comprised of the following pieces:
Indian cent PR 66 Red and Brown PCGS. Intricately detailed with the obverse exhibiting full mint color, mellowed slightly in pale rose-violet patina on the opposite side.
Liberty nickel PR 65 PCGS. Dazzling reflectivity for a nickel product, tinted a lovely ice-blue on the obverse and partially layered in milky gray-gold patina on the reverse. A few pinpoint marks from a higher category.
Barber dime PR 67 PCGS. Pristine mirrored surfaces hinting of gold about the obverse margin and overlaid in natural gray-violet toning over much of the reverse.
Barber quarter PR 68 PCGS. Wondrous quality that combines pristine mirrors and incredible color. Showing appreciable field-to-device contrast, the obverse is half covered in a crescent of rose-violet and jade-green while the reverse is uniformly toned in gray-violet hues similar to that seen on the dime.
Barber half dollar PR 67 PCGS. Crescents of original violet and sea-green toning are draped across each side, more extensively on the reverse. There is a squiggly lint mark, as struck, just to the right of Liberty's mouth.
Morgan dollar PR 68 PCGS. All the adjectives in the world could not do the color and impeccable quality of this exciting coin complete justice. Each side is blanketed in swirling multicolored shades of violet, golden, and bluish-green. A sensational, must-see coin in its own right and the ultimate conclusion to this incredible 1896 set.

The marketing was exceptional from the photos to the ads in Civil War Times and North South Trader for the cross over people!!! I have had many emails from my Civil War collecting fraternity that saw these and I saw them at the national show in Nashville/Franklin in early December.
