1897 Six-Piece Proof Set

1897 Proof Set. Exactly a century old and, save for the half-dollar, generally well preserved. Individually, they appear as follows:
Indian Cent PR 64 Red PCGS. Splendid orange iridescence frames either side and only a couple of minor blemishes keep this piece from wonder coin status.
Liberty Nickel PR 65 PCGS. Bluish-gray pastels about the outer portions, shading to golden-rose in the centers. A sensational proof V-nickel.
Barber Dime PR 64 PCGS. A gorgeous, snow-white cameo that must have been viewed in the sun with a scratchy glass to have received anything less than a 65 grade. Yes, there are a couple of microscopic disturbances to the right of the portrait, but simply a beautiful coin overall.
Barber Quarter PR 61 PCGS. Unfortunately hairlined through the central portion of the obverse, spoiling an otherwise high quality, brilliant example.
Barber Half-Dollar PR 60 Polished, Uncertified. Both sides exhibit an unnaturally bright, metallic sheen and specks of golden-brown peripheral color.
Morgan Dollar PR 62 PCGS. Well mirrored with a light speckling of golden-rose patina across much of the obverse.
