    Description

1904 Proof Set. Uncertified and quite possibly an original set, as the higher denomination coins (dime and up) are similarly toned. Included are:
Indian Cent PR 65 Red and Brown. Cherry-red on the obverse with a spot over the second T in STATES. The reverse has just a bit of mellowed brown patina.

Liberty Nickel PR 65. Brilliant and moderately mirrored. Struck in the no-contrast method of proofing.
Barber Dime PR 65. A nicely mirrored gem that displays rich multicolored toning over each side including blue, rose, golden, russet, and smoky-gray.

Barber Quarter PR 64. Rich shadings of citrine, blue, and rose are highlighted by deep, flashy proof mirrors in the fields.
Barber Half PR 63. Deeply mirrored, the obverse is lightly and attractively toned while the reverse displays deeper, mottled coloration. A handsome piece for the grade.

Morgan Dollar PR 63. Well mirrored but covered with murky gray and golden-brown patina that takes on a speckled pattern over the reverse.
