Description

1911 Proof Set. An important year for a little-known incident overseas when a German gunboat steamed into the port of Agadir, Morocco. Europe held its breath anticipating hostilities, but diplomacy prevailed and prevented the igniting of the powder keg of Europe for three more years. An attractive set with some premium coins. Included in the set are:
Lincoln Cent PR 64 Red and Brown PCGS. Muted rose accents gleam from smooth surfaces.
Liberty Nickel PR 64 PCGS. Flashy under a light obverse haze.
Barber Dime PR 64 PCGS. Darkly toned in magenta and blue with orange highlights across the devices.
Barber Quarter PR 65 PCGS. A gorgeous cameo, the white frost of the devices accented by orange and russet hues against the darker russet and magenta background.
Barber Half Dollar PR 67 PCGS. Nearly perfect, the stunning white devices are framed and accentuated by the multicolored toning in the fields that darkens at the peripheries.
