    1866 5C Rays PR64 NGC. CAC. The Rays subtype was struck only during the first two years of the series. The 1867 Rays proof is a great rarity, which focuses proof type demand on the 1866. The present fully struck near-Gem is smooth, satiny, and lightly toned. Housed in a former generation holder. CAC: 13 in 64, 18 finer (3/19).
