1866 5C Rays PR66 Cameo PCGS. First year of the denomination
and also a highly sought-after type coin, as the Rays design was
dropped in the following year. This is a deeply reflective proof
striking with noticeably frosted devices. The surfaces display
ice-blue and rose colors in a very light mixture over each side.
