Lightly Toned PR66 Cameo
1866 5C Rays PR66 Cameo PCGS. The popular first-year proof
issue with the rays between the stars on the reverse. The rays were
later removed to help the coins strike up better and to reduce the
"crowded" appearance of the design. This Premium Gem is fully
struck, with noticeable field-device contrast and light golden
toning over each side. Population: 29 in 66 Cameo, 3 finer
