Description
1866 Shield Nickel Rays PR62 NGC. Soft yellow-gold color is joined on the reverse by blushes of lavender and sky-blue and a powerful strike delivers sharp delineation to the design features. Strong field-motif contrast is evident when the coin is tilted slightly under light source, especially on the obverse.
