1867 5C No Rays PR64 Cameo PCGS. Sharply struck and essentially untoned, with intense cameo contrast noted between the watery, deep mirror fields and the richly frosted devices. The 1867 No Rays is the third-scarcest proof in the Shield nickel series, although nowhere near as scarce as its 1867 With Rays counterpart.
