1867 5C No Rays PR65 Cameo PCGS. A meticulously struck and beautifully preserved Gem. The cameo contrast is evident despite light original tan-gray patina. The initial proof issue of the No Rays type, introduced in an effort to increase die life. Fletcher Reverse IIa, the star below the F in OF is recut.
