1867 5C No Rays PR65 NGC. From the usual Reverse IIa hub, although some No Rays 1867 proofs were struck using the reverse die of Judd-507, which has a different star alignment. Flashy and untoned with a mark-free appearance and a faint spot near IN. Only 600 proofs struck.
