1867 5C No Rays PR65 NGC. Reverse IIa. A brilliant light gray Gem proof with excellent contrast on the obverse. There is no Cameo designation assigned to this coin because the reverse shows only slight contrast. A few minute spots on each side have prevented a higher grade.
