1868 5C PR65 Cameo PCGS. The well-contrasted surfaces on this Gem proof, one of only 600 or so struck, sport lots of luster, with a gold-tinged central obverse and rose on the upper reverse. Some interesting raised die lines appear in back of the vertical shield stripes.
