1868 5C PR65 Cameo PCGS. Absolutely brilliant with intense field-to-device contrast noted on both sides. The design features are crisply struck throughout. Interesting die lines (as made) are noted beneath the upper vertical shield stripes, and near the obverse periphery. Faint diagonal roller marks are likewise apparent across the reverse center. Handling marks are nonexistent. Population: 18 in 65 Cameo, 9 finer (7/07). (Registry values: N1793)
