1870 5C PR65 NGC. Dusted pearl-white toning accents the mostly silver-gray surfaces of this intricately struck Gem. Several minuscule contact marks keep this highly lustrous piece from an even higher grade. Only about 1,000 proofs are estimated to have been struck.
