Outstanding Contrast and Sharpness
1872 5C PR67 Cameo PCGS. Die doubled on the obverse, with
the annulet the pick-up point. This Superb Gem Cameo 1872 proof
Shield nickel is fully struck and showcases stark field-motif
contrast. Warm golden toning blankets each side, and the eye appeal
is superb. Cameo 1872 proofs are scarce in any grade but become
genuinely rare at the PR67 level and are unknown finer. Population:
