Description
1875 5C PR 64 PCGS. With a modest delivery of slightly more than 700 pieces, the 1875 is one of the more elusive proof Shield nickels. A clean coin for the grade, we call attention to a pair of dark toning spots on the upper obverse that are somewhat distracting. The proof qualities of this specimen are, however, readily apparent and free of criticism.
