1876 5C PR66 Cameo NGC. A brilliant and boldly struck Premium Gem that has outstanding white-on-black contrast. There is much leaf and shield detail, while on the reverse all star centrils are full. The surfaces are well preserved and distraction-free, even under a glass. A splendid addition to a cameo proof type set. NGC has certified only four numerically finer (3/11).Ex: ANA Signature (3/2003), lot 5355.(Registry values: N1793)
