Stark Contrast
1877 5C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. This boldly struck and
carefully preserved Premium Gem Cameo has few superiors at PCGS.
The contrast is outstanding and the surfaces show just a hint of
light golden toning. The 1877 Shield nickel is a proof only issue,
essential for a complete date set of this series. Only 900 pieces
are reported struck. Population: 38 in 66 (3 in 66+) Cameo, 8 finer
