High-End for the Issue
1877 5C PR66 Cameo PCGS. The proof-only 1877 Shield nickel
comes from a small mintage of 900 pieces. Only a fraction of the
survivors exhibit cameo contrast, and such coins are rare above
PR66. This champagne-tinted Premium Gem Cameo displays sharp motifs
and appreciable contrast. There are no distracting abrasions.
