Description
1881 5C PR 65 Cameo NGC. Sharply impressed with frosted devices and a stark black and white appearance. The few small marks are not distracting and both sides display a faint dusting of russet toning. While the proof mintage is not particularly low, the rarity of Mint State coins has put increasing pressure on the Proof series.
