Single Finest Certified in Cameo
1882 5C PR67 Cameo PCGS. The 1882 proof Shield nickel boasts
a mintage of 3,100 pieces and the present coin is the only example
certified in PR67 Cameo at either of the leading grading services
(7/10). The fields of this coin are deeply mirrored and the strike
is full, creating dramatic elements of contrast. There is a small,
granular area on the reverse surface near the 5 that Q. David
