Description
1883 5C PR 66 PCGS. Icy-white surfaces are boldly struck with lots of nearly blinding luster. A gentle hint of light electric-blue toning evenly covers both sides. A nice example of the final year of this design. Only 16 pieces are graded higher by PCGS (3/01).
