1999-S 25C Delaware Silver PR70 Deep Cameo PCGS. Since
Delaware is called the First State, the Delaware Statehood quarter
was the first issue of the new series. The mintage of 804,565
silver proof quarters was the same for all five of the 1999-S
Statehood quarters, as they were issued in proof sets rather than
individually. This perfect proof has intense contrast between the
frosty devices and deeply mirrored fields. Both sides are
immaculate and untoned. Population: 67 in 70 Deep Cameo
