Bright 1865 Three Cent Nickel, PR64 Cameo
1865 3CN PR64 Cameo PCGS. Bright untoned surfaces with pleasing field-motif contrast greet the observer of this near-Gem proof nickel three cent. A well executed strike leaves virtually full detail on the design elements, falling just slightly short where the lines of the III join the upper crossbars.
