1868 3CN PR66 Cameo NGC. A lovely Premium Gem representative of this earlier three cent nickel proof issue, crisply struck with distinct contrast and reflectivity. Light layers of canary and pink grace the fields, and two dots of crimson appear at the left obverse rim.
