1868 3CN PR67 Ultra Cameo NGC. The 1868 proof three cent
nickels are among the better-made issues in the series, and this
example beautifully showcases this quality. Heavily frosted relief
elements boldly contrast with the mirrored fields, and close
examination fails to reveal any post-Mint surface flaws, though a
few of the usual minor strike-throughs are noted on each side.
