Description
1871 3CN PR66 NGC. Wafts of steel-blue toning accents the mostly brilliant surfaces. The fields show vivid reflectivity with just a few nearly imperceptible contact marks. The strike is nearly full. Several letters on the obverse show "Longacre Doubling," or an outline around the letters, which is caused by the engraver applying too much force to the punches.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 275S, PCGS# 3767, GSID# 2808)
