Rare Ultra Cameo Specimen
1876 3CN PR66 Ultra Cameo NGC. CAC. This piece is sharply
detailed in most areas, but excessive die polishing has resulted in
areas of incomplete detail on some leaves in the wreath. The 1876
three cent nickel is seldom encountered with cameo contrast, but
this spectacular Premium Gem shows profound contrast between the
frosty devices and the deeply mirrored fields. Eye appeal is
