1883 3CN PR67 PCGS. A dusting of russet toning around the rims accents the mostly bright gray surfaces. Liberty's hair is a trifle soft, but the rest of the details are razor-sharp. A couple of tiny spots barely affect the outstanding luster and impressive eye appeal. One of 6,609 proofs struck. Housed in a green label PCGS holder.
