Description
1883 3CN PR67 PCGS. A trace of gold accents the mostly silver-gray surfaces. Except for a little softness on the hair above Liberty's ear, the details are sharply struck. Peppered specks on the reverse are barely worthy of mention. PCGS has certified only four examples finer (6/09).From The Victoria Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
