1883 3CN PR68 Cameo NGC. In 1883, the Philadelphia Mint struck more three cent nickel proofs than business strikes, the first of three consecutive years in which that happened. This medium-contrast Superb Gem is prominently reflective save on the devices, which have a thin layer of attractive frost. Subtle gold-tones enhance the eye appeal.
