1886 3CN PR66 Cameo PCGS. The 1886 was a proof-only issue with a mintage of just 4,290 pieces. This piece has nearly pristine surfaces that exhibit magnificent contrast and have a hint of golden toning. A couple of tiny copper spots are noted on the reverse.
