1886 3CN PR67 PCGS. Generally crisply struck throughout, although the lower serifs of 1 in the date are oddly weak, perhaps due to some form of die polish. The surfaces are immaculate, and the piece is essentially untoned. A great Superb Gem three cent nickel. Only 4,290 proofs were struck. Population: 43 in 67, 3 finer (4/09).(Registry values: N1793)
