1887 3CN PR66 PCGS. Light tan patina and prominently mirrored fields greet the viewer. Perfect aside from a few microscopic carbon flecks. A wispy vertical die line (as made) is encountered left of the first denominational pillar. The relatively low proof mintage is further divided by an 1887/6 variety.
