Conditionally Rare
1859 3CS PR66 NGC. Ex: Highland Collection. The availability
of this proof issue begins to peter out above PR64, and it is rare
at the Premium Gem level. This PR66 coin displays impressively bold
design elements, with faint clash marks present in the mirrored
fields. Light golden toning shows tinges of amber and sky-blue
around the obverse periphery. Census: 11 in 66, 2 finer
