Attractive 1860 Three Cent, PR66 Cameo
1860 3CS PR66 Cameo NGC. CAC. Fantastic rainbow toning is particularly appealing on the reverse, and both sides feature cobalt-blue, violet, orange, and rose colors. The deeply mirrored fields show splendid cameo contrast against the frosted devices. Boldly struck save for softness on several stars and a touch of weakness at the centers.
