Deep Golden-Orange Toning
1860 3CS PR66+ NGC. A 13 cent proofing fee was introduced in
1860, limiting proof sales to just a few hundred pieces despite the
mintage of 1,000 coins. Golden-orange patina dominates this Superb
Gem. The toning includes accents of blue and violet. Flashy and
