1861 3CS PR64 NGC. Crisply struck with strong luster beneath the gold-green and silver-gray patina that graces the fields. Faint hairlines are noted beneath the toning. This Civil War-era proof issue had a round mintage of 1,000 specimens. Census: 33 in 64, 27 finer (7/07).
