1861 3CS PR66 PCGS. The 1861 proof three cent silver is most available in the PR62 to PR64 range, with PR65 occasionally seen. This Premium Gem is a rarity. Tan-gold toning warms the reflective fields and sharp details. The reverse shows some die lapping as usual, but no surface impairments are seen. Housed in a green label holder.
